SAMOSAS A Samosa is fried or baked pastry with a savoury filling,such as spiced potatoes,onions,peas,meat or lentils.It make take different forms,including tringular,cone,or half moon shapes depending on the region. Samosa was also brought to India by by the Mughals,but the popularity and prominence they enjoy in India have made them famous as a popular Indian food.
